Small steps help. You do not have to solve everything at once.

Take slow, deep breaths. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4.

Text or call someone you trust. You do not have to explain everything — just say "I'm having a hard time."

Step outside or open a window. Fresh air and a change of environment can help shift your state.

Drink a glass of water. Splash cold water on your face. Basic physical care matters.

PLEASE NOTE
